PRODUCT SERVICES & REPAIRS
Some products we install require annual testing by Power Water Corporation
- Selter Shaw Plumbing are accredited in backflow prevention device testing
- Annual test reminders are circulated by Power and Water for all boundary backflow prevention devices. Internal devices are recorded in our database, with reminders sent out annually.
- At the time you receive a letter, all you will need to do is contact Selter Shaw Plumbing to book in a time for one of our plumbers to come out and test the device.
- Power Water require a pass test certificate which we complete and send to Power Water on your behalf, signed by a certified backflow tester.
- If there is an issue after testing we will quote our client on the required repairs, with a full cost breakdown.
- Our plumber will follow up on all devices installed and certify one that have passed the annual test.
